Will you try to sell me on the call?
No. The call is a diagnostic, not a pitch. If at the end you want to know about Flanstack, we'll tell you. If you don't, we'll wish you well and move on. No pressure either way.
I'm not a plumber. Can you still help?
Yes. Plumbers are our specialism right now, but the system works for any UK trade that books jobs, sends invoices and lives off reviews. Electricians, builders, gas engineers, roofers, decorators. Mention your trade on the call and we'll tell you straight if we're the right fit.
What does it actually cost?
Pricing is tailored to your trade and your business size. We don't publish it because a plumber doing £200k a year and a building firm doing £2m have different needs and pay accordingly. On the call we'll give you a clear, fixed number for your business so you can decide.
How quickly can you actually get me live?
14 days from signed agreement to live system, including testing. Some clients have gone live in 10. The bottleneck is usually how quickly you can fill out the onboarding questionnaire and send us photos.
What if I already have a website / booking tool / CRM?
We audit what you've got first. If a piece works, we keep it and integrate. If it's costing you money or holding you back, we replace it. Most clients end up with some old things kept, some retired. We tell you straight either way.
What if I cancel?
No contracts, no notice period. Cancel anytime and we'll hand over what's yours: your domain, your website code, your customer data export, your Google profile. We don't hold any of it hostage.
